Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card and Paypal payments online.

BAC’s payments are available on request

Orders will only be dispatched where full payment has been received.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.

Shipping & handling

Upon receipt of your order we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  Note. if ordered on a Friday shipment would be on the Monday and UK bank holidays would be shipped on the next working day.

Any orders received before 14.00 Monday to Friday (exclusive of bank holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day, orders received after 14.00 will be disptached the next working day, unless otherwise advised differently.

For all special delivery services i.e. by midday, by 10.30am, by 09.00am or a Saturday delivery, these will only be dispatched the day of the order if ordered by our 14.00 Monday to Friday cut of point,  Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day on the scheduled service selected.  Saturday requests ordered after 14.00 on the Friday, will automatically be shipped on the Monday (excluding bank holidays) for a by 09.00am delivery service the next working day.  Please contact us should you have any queries or after the 14.00 shut of point.

We go to great lengths to package all our items using quality packaging materials to help the items on a safe journey.

All items purchased from MX5 Heaven are sent by our designated courier.  We determine our carriage & packaging prices on the size, weight and packaging materials required for the item.

Should you require your own courier service to collect to reduce carriage costs, we are happy to oblige please contact us for more information.  Please note. any collections arranged by you we do not & cannot take any responsibility once they have been dispatched from our premises.

Orders for body panels and items sent via pallet would be required for somebody to receive them on delivery.

Pallets would be scheduled with you at the time of your order.  Example of palletized items engine, gearbox and any other heavy items.  We feel this is an unbeatable service for these particular items.

Body panels would need to be opened and checked before signing for, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit.  If your consignment is damaged please refuse the consignment and contact us immediately; any body panel consignments signed for are deemed to be in good condition and unfortunately we cannot take any liability for damages once signed for.

Delivery schedule

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

UK mainland consignments are sent with our 24 hour designated courier.

We are happy to ship consignments internationally and ask you to preferably contact us for a quotation before purchasing.  For international consignments we tend to offer our appointed courier service which we find the most competitively priced and delivered within a shortened time scale than other postal services can offer.

Some examples of estimated times are:

2 days – Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & the Republic of Ireland

3 days – Austria, Denmark, Liechenstein & Switzerland

4 days – Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia & Spain

5 days – Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia & Sweden

6 days – Bosnia – Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania & Serbia

The above international delivery times are based on parcels within a maximum girth of 300cm and under 30kgs, all parcels above this girth and weight would need to be palletised or found alternative methods of shipment, please enquire for more details and pricing

The contract will be performed within 30 days, unless the parties agree to a different period.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back orders

If for some reason your item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to back order the item for your or offer a refund in full.

Tax charges

Prices shown within our website are shown in GBP (British Pound Sterling) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT at the current rate will be applied to the order at the time of checkout.

Countries outside of the EU will be exempt of VAT

International consignments the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes and customs clearances, these charges are not included in the cost of the goods or delivery prices.

Credit card security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.

MX5 Heaven is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Merchant Compliant, based on the information we provide involving security policies, procedures, and regulations.

Guarantee

MX5 Heaven strives to guarantee your satisfaction.

If you are for any reason not fully satisfied with your goods, please return them to us within 30 days of your invoice date, a returns number can be obtained by contacting us directly on 01305 268149.

Upon receipt of the item we will conduct our security checks and providing the goods are in the same condition we will offer you an exchange or refund you in full for the item.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the carriage costs.

This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Returns policy

Cancelling and returning unwanted items

Should you need to cancel or return an item that is unwanted due to incorrect ordering or incorrect identification then we are happy to take the item back, contact must be made to us within 7 working days of delivery.

Returns cannot be accepted for personalised goods, goods made to order and where the security seal has been broken.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days and will only be issued to the same payment method originally used.  It is the responsibility of the customer for the costs of returning the item and is responsible for the risk of any damage or loss when returning.

Faulty and wrong items

Should you of been sent the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact us within 7 working days and return the item to our returns address.

We will then offer the choice of a replacement item or a refund.

Carriage costs of returning the faulty or wrong item to us will be reimbursed; return carriage costs over £15.00 please contact us before sending.

Refunds and security checks

All items returned to us will be security checked and tested upon receipt as standard procedure, upon confirmation the item is the same item originally sent we will then offer you with the choice of replacement part or a refund on the item.

It is the responsibility of the customer for the costs of returning the item and is responsible for the risk of any damage or loss when returning.

Refunds will be issued against the original invoice less the carriage and packaging costs and a 20% handling charge.  Not applicable to faulty and wrong items.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days and will only be issued to the same payment method originally used.

Returning items

Items must be notified to us within 7 workings days and returned to us within 30 days and will not be accepted after these periods.

Information we collect

We will collect personal data on this Website only if it is directly provided to us by you the user, e.g. your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone number, and therefore has been provided by you with your consent.  Normally you will only provide such details if you [wish to sign up for our free e-newsletter or other resources, or] are making a purchase from us.

We also use analytical and statistical tools that monitor details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data (but this data will not identify you personally).

Your payment information (e.g. credit card details) provided when you make a purchase from our website is not received or stored by us.
