The replacement of cambelt and tensioners in accordance to the manufactures recommendations is every 60,000 miles (100,000 km) or 5 years which ever comes the soonest. Whilst carrying out the cambelt change we will replace the camshaft front oil seal which is commonly renown for leaking, if required.

We will remove your existing engine from your MX5, supply a replacement engine, transfer all ancillary items to the replacement engine and assemble the replacement engine into vehicle.

Any parts removed from your vehicle are kept for you to view upon collection of the vehicle, should you wish to do so.
Should we discover any defects or parts requiring immediate attention during the works being carried out on your vehicle we will notify you before any works are carried out, this would be subsequently charged out at our hourly labour rate of £60.00 per hour, prices and duration will be discussed upon notification.
