Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB Cards & Visa Electron. You may send your credit card information via telephone, phone, fax, or over the Internet. No payments are taken from your credit card utill your goods are ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We are currently updating our website to show exact carriage costs against your selected item(s), in the meantime the webiste does not show carriage costs at time of order, upon receipt of order we will ship with our local courier, should you wish to no the exact amount of carriage prior to shipping please do not hesitate to contact us on 01305 268149 or advise at the time of order.
All orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day.
Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the consignment. |
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours from receipt of all information and availability of stock. All items are shipped on a 2 -3 day service but we can organize next day deliveries on arrangement at an additional cost.
Heavier items are shipped via a courier service which will require a signature upon delivery.
All international orders are generally received within 5 days of dispatch, but cannot guarantee to countries outside of the EU due to local customs.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), the current VAT of 15% rate will be added to your order at the checkout.
It is the customers responsiblity for any local import duties and taxes chargable on any item(s) sent to countries which are outside the EU. |

Returns Policy We go to great lengths to ensure that goods are in working order and packaged correctly before shipping, However if you find you have ordered the wrong item or an item has been damaged through postage, we ask you to inform us within 7 days from receipt of the goods and that all goods must be returned within 30 days from invoice date.
It is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary.
Upon receipt of the items we will either send you out an exchange item or we will refund the amount under the contract. Please note that there will be a handling charge of 20% (calculated total value of invoice including delivery) for items returned after the initial 7 days cancellation period, but maybe waived out our discretion.
Refunds on damaged goods will only be refunded upon receipt and inspection.
We do not except liability of any claim(s) in regard to labour costs/charges involved in the fitting, removal and or changing of the parts supplied by the company due to negligence or breach of contract. We would recommend that parts ordered should be fitted by a competent motor technician to ensure that components are fitted correctly and do not Jeopardise the safety or reliability of your vehicle. |
